VIDEO LIBRARY
Videos are arranged by theme: technique, philosophy, breathwork, and unguided endurance work. These themes correspond to the weekly schedule.
My suggestion is to work with the same video and its theme 3-5 times in a row. Be patient with it. There is no rush.
Meditation is far more dynamic than it seems and like any dynamic skill it demands more than just practice but also theoretical understanding. Music has its theories, as does art, as does nature itself; biology, chemistry, geology, astronomy, and psychology.
The first thing to know about meditation is that it has a dual meaning.
Meditation is both a practice that someone learns and performs to the best of their ability, but it is also an experience that happens to or arises from within the meditator while they practice.
Meditating leads to meditation.
Having a strong grasp of the techniques, understanding the philosphies, commanding the breath and nervous system, and finally learning to meditate on your own assures success! Success being a growing familiarity with the experience, Meditation.
Journey on, yogi!
