200 Hr Yoga Training

200 Hr Yoga Training

In this training, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of  the traditional techniques, philosophies, and cultural roots of yoga. So much so that if you went to India, you'd feel right at home sitting by the small fire of the local yogi near the temple. More than just a physical practice or current fitness trend, this training invites you to cultivate a rich, heartfelt connection with the historic yogic body, mind, and soul. As we explore the deeper dimensions of yoga together, you'll come to see how its ancient wisdom supports profound personal transformation, peace, self-realization, and a renewed, devotional love for life.

The "myth" of yoga is not just a metaphor—it’s a lived experience when approached with SKILL, UNDERSTANDING, and commitment.
